What’s next?
Every year I’m seeing new apps and now we have Chat GPT for thousands of users to run to for meal plans, workouts, and more. I believe online coaching will always have a place in the fitness industry.
Trainerize bugs.
I know it’s very frustrating as a business owner or even as a client when you have multiple outages over the span of a week or two, especially when unannounced. I truly believe the minor delays and outages will be worth it in the long run. Trainerize has been solid for years. By no means perfect, but a solid platform. Are we nearing the end of the platform or the start to a revolutionary change to the online coaching space? I guess only time will tell.
Coaching challenge.
To all of my business owners and coaches out there, I’m challenging you to have a short and long term back up plan. As frustrating and scary as outages can be, do you have a plan if everything fails? When platforms are going down temporarily make sure you communicate with your clients and team. Send newsletters or group posts! I’m challenging you guys to create an e-book or guide for your clients for whenever there are delays/outages. Just communicate and have tools/resources avaliable. Leave Chat GPT alone. Put your knowledge and skills to the test in Canva.
Client expectations.
If you have paid a coach for services and you are experiencing delays and outages, just hang in there! I promise your trainer is doing everything in their power to have everything running smoothly. Trust the process!
I’m hoping to see a smooth operating system. I’m loving the newer tools and automations. I’m personally going to stick it out with Trainerize. Technology can be frustrating, but it comes with doing business online. If you have switched over to Everfit or any other platform, let us know how you are liking it compared to Trainerize.
