Breakfast Meal Prep Part 4

Over the last 4 weeks I’ve been doing breakfast meal prepping! If you are in the Midwest check out Family Fare for Ore-Ida hash browns! They sell a bag of frozen hash browns for $5.99! You get 21 Pattie’s whereas Meijer you get 10 for $4-5!

This week I switched it up and did hamburger buns! My brother and sister thought it was ghetto, but that’s what Wendy’s does! 🤣

I’ve done burritos, muffins, and bagels! Everything reheats very well! You can microwave or air fry every morning. I like to keep them in the fridge for 3-4 days, and if I make more for myself, I store them in the freezer. I usually give away half of the prep so it can stay refrigerated but don’t leave a week's worth of cooked meals in the fridge! You can use any sausage or even lean beef or Turkey for your sandwiches! You can fry or scramble your eggs. Lately, my favorite is the fried egg (hard) I can’t do a runny yolk 🤢

I like to cook the hash browns because I can air fry them for a couple minute to get them crispy again. Using regular ingredients each breakfast item is about 550-650 calories. Macros are okay, but from a budget standpoint, it is excellent!
